Hey there & Welcome!

I’m Kay, yoga teacher, trainer, and nutrition coach, here to help you on your journey to optimal health. I’ve been teaching yoga for seven years now, and am continuously studying from the best and brightest to gain the most cutting-edge understanding of how our bodies move and work, and how this connects with the health of our minds and (not to sound to woo-woo) the health of our souls. My mission is to provide you time-efficient private lessons that stimulate you- body, mind & soul, optimizing how you move and bringing you back into alignment. 

For some, this may look like an hour of deeply restorative gentle yoga utilizing tools like visualization. For others this might look like a combination of lifting weights, balance training, and learning breath control. Before we begin you’ll fill out a questionnaire designed by me in order to provide you with the best custom sessions possible. My ultimate goal is to help you live with vitality, by learning the tools to move strongly, flexibly, & in alignment.
